Silent Storms creates a safe, supportive space where men can talk openly about life’s challenges — without judgement.

We’re looking for Volunteer Mentors to help run our weekly group sessions.

When: Monday 18 – 21:30

Where: Farnborough

Training: Full in-house training provided (free)

What You’ll Do
Mentors are NOT counsellors
Ask structured questions and keep session flow
Maintain group safety & confidentiality
Provide feedback to Trustees
Complete mandatory training & DBS checks
Adhere to Code of Conduct
Arrive early, support setup, clean down

What skills do I need?

No qualifications needed — just empathy, reliability, and a willingness to listen.

Identify as male
Aged 18+
Available Monday evenings 18 – 21.30hrs
