Silent Storms creates a safe, supportive space where men can talk openly about life’s challenges — without judgement.
We’re looking for Volunteer Mentors to help run our weekly group sessions.

When: Monday 18 – 21:30
Where: Aldershot

Training: Full in-house training provided (free)

  • What You’ll Do
  • Mentors are NOT counsellors
  • Ask structured questions and keep session flow
  • Maintain group safety & confidentiality
  • Provide feedback to Trustees
  • Complete mandatory training & DBS checks
  • Adhere to Code of Conduct
  • Arrive early, support setup, clean down

What skills do I need?

No qualifications needed — just empathy, reliability, and a willingness to listen.

  • Identify as male
  • Aged 18+
  • Available Monday evenings 18 – 21.30hrs
