We are looking to make additions to our current team of volunteers - volunteering on Thursday night youth club sessions for 10-13 year olds. The club is usually held term-time only at the youth suite on the green in Yateley, Hampshire.

Commitment is just once or twice a month depending on your preference and the role involves engaging with our young people, setting and clearing up, manning the tuck shop and working with a great team of youth workers. The role is on a rota basis so there is no weekly commitment.

The session includes arts & craft as well as some time spent outdoors playing sport (weather permitting). The young people also play indoor games such as pool, table tennis and table football.

What skills do I need?

Ability to interact with the young people and work well as a team. Sense of humour and willingness to have fun is key!

Volunteers need to be 18+ but we are happy to take 16/17 year olds as 'Young Leaders' to help out with setting up etc.

Availability Details

Availability details - Our Thursday session runs between 6.15pm for set-up and 8.15pm to clear away. We have 3 volunteers per session plus our employed youth workers. The actual session runs 6:30-8pm.
