Register your interestAfter a successful first year, we're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help shape and grow the Green Fringe Festival for next year. The Green Fringe Festival is a celebration of nature, creativity, community and wellbeing, bringing together organisations, artists, community groups and volunteers to deliver a programme of outdoor events across Rushmoor.
As our Marketing & Communications Lead, you'll help plan and deliver the festival's marketing campaign and strategy before, during and after the event. Liaising closely with the planning team, you will help raise awareness of the festival, encourage people to attend events, and celebrate the organisations, artists, volunteers, and the precious green spaces that make the festival and our community so special.

Planning meetings usually take place monthly in the afternoon (ideally Tuesdays) from September to June, becoming more frequent in the months leading up to the festival at the end of May. Most volunteering can be completed flexibly from home, with opportunities to get involved during the festival itself. There is the option to meet at the Council Office or to join on Microsoft Teams.
