What will I be doing?
- Attending a variety of events including community and corporate events, as well as festivals.
- Using tools and operating assets such as the SIMVAN the air ambulance simulator to engage visitors.
- Discussing ways in which new supporters could get involved such as discussing becoming charity of the year with employers or running fundraising challenges.
- Visit networking and other business themed events to communicate how the service supports local communities and how businesses can get involved.
You need to be a friendly, outgoing person with a confident and approachable manner, along with good communication skills.
We do ask volunteers to attend a minimum of five commitments a year. This role is busy within the summer months with the winter months being quieter.

This role can fit flexibly around other obligations but volunteers are asked to participate in 5 commitments each year. This can include training or helping at the office.
