Aldershot & Farnham is a thriving community hockey club, looking to recruit someone who can fulfil the following duties:
- Liaise with Junior Coaches; Team Managers & Volunteers weekly to ensure coaching cover for required training / matches
- Act as the single contact point for correspondence as required with South Central Hockey & Hampshire Hockey
- Liaise with Pitch Booking Manager to ensure matches & training have required pitches and are loaded onto our website
- Co-ordinate county nominations (annually) - Liaise with / update parents & club members on junior matters e.g. fixture changes; pitch cancellations etc
- Organise Junior Tournaments / Festivals at our home venue (2 per season)
- Attend monthly committee meetings, representing Junior Matters
- Good organisation / administration skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple people

Correspondence would be ad-hoc each week based on activity during the season (September - April) and so times are very flexible. However attendance at occasional training/matches to meet coaches & parents would be advantageous - this typically takes place on Monday evenings & Sunday mornings. Monthly committee meetings typically take place on a Wednesday or Thursday evening.
This opportunity can be carried out whilst working from home.
