Community and voluntary organisations across Basingstoke and Deane can apply for grants to strengthen their organisations so they can continue to deliver services which support council priorities while adapting to changing demands in our communities.
The borough council re-launched its Strengthening Communities Grant Scheme on 4 March for organisations to apply for grants of up to £15,000.
The grants can be used to support a range of activities such as improving efficiency through better use of technology, increasing volunteer numbers, upskilling staff and volunteers, expanding successful services or developing new services to meet a gap in current provision.

At this session representatives from Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council will explain the scheme criteria, what they are looking for, how applications will be assessed and answer any questions you have.
