During March, BVA welcomed our newest resident, Step by Step to The Orchard! Step by Step are a young people’s charity that supports those going through hard times, including homelessness. They provide accommodation, personal development opportunities, and specialist support services to empower young people and prevent homelessness.
BVA is thrilled to have helped facilitate Launch, the new outreach service for local young people using the Local Children’s Partnership (LCP) grant. The LCP grant, along with the Sovereign Network Group’s Positive Pathways Fund, will enable the Launch team to provide vital community outreach services. Whether in-person or virtually, they offer advice and advocacy on housing, wellbeing, education, employment, sexual health, and substance misuse.
