In the Squirrels Team, you’ll be making our 4 to 6 year olds’ eyes light up with wonder on a regular basis.
If you're interested in working in an Early Years setting, this is where you want to be. You’ll work as part of a team to pass on skills for life to our youngest section, while making sure the environment’s safe and keeping everything behind the scenes ticking over.
As a Squirrels Team Member, you might:
Read a story to the Squirrels, Build a den in the woods, Help a small group of Squirrels with an activity, Update badge records online, Work as a team to build a great programme of activities, Never been a Scout before? Neither have the Squirrels! Just come along ready for fun; it’s never too late to get involved!
Oakley Squirrels meet on Thursdays at 5pm.
The ability to communicate with young people and adults.
