Whitchurch NeighbourCare provide a driving service for our elderly clients who are unable to get to their medical appointments.
We are looking for a Volunteer Coordinator who will be responsible for recording client information on our task Manager System and then match the client to our driver using What's App.
Our Coordinators usually cover one week answering our mobile phone at a time and are on a rota.
You will undertake a DBS check and complete an online Safeguarding course.
You will use WhatsApp to advise all drivers of new jobs when they come in.
You will use our Task Manager System to record Client details and keep track of tasks.
