We are looking for a Trustee to join a small team overseeing the overall management and strategic direction of our charity. We are particularly looking for people with experience and in depth knowledge of Human Resource (HR) or Health & Safety

Trustees meet formally once a quarter. But there may be ad-hoc meetings on specific programmes or initiatives we are undertaking. Attendance at quarterly meetings is usually in person at Brunswick Place, but can be by phone or virtual meeting attendance. The quarterly meetings usually start at 4.15 on a Wednesday (3rd Wednesday in January, April, July, and October).

Loddon Social Enterprise (LSE) is a local charity based in Basingstoke that supports adults with learning and other difficulties through work experience. LSE partners with local businesses to carry out routine tasks in a workshop environment, such as packaging, simple assembly and other repetitive work. To find out more about LSE, please visit our website at www.loddonse.co.uk and visit us on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/loddonsocialenterprise
