Fleet Town FC, the oldest sports club in Fleet, is looking for a dedicated Kit Manager to join our Senior Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, enjoys attention to detail, and wants to play a key role in supporting the club’s senior players.

As Kit Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the senior teams have all the kit they need, both on and off the pitch. From maintaining and organising team kits to ensuring they’re ready for matchdays, you’ll be a crucial part of the team behind the scenes.

What you’ll do:

  • Organise and distribute kits for matchdays and training
  • Maintain and care for team kits, ensuring they are clean, repaired, and in good condition
  • Ensure players have all necessary gear (shirts, shorts, socks, training gear, etc.)
  • Keep track of kit inventory and order replacements as needed
  • Coordinate with coaches and management to ensure kit requirements are met for all senior teams

What skills do I need?

  • Organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential
  • Passion for football and helping the team succeed behind the scenes
