We are looking for people with a sense of initiative and fun to be an admin Volunteer whill support

our home/service with general day-to-day, ad hoc, administrative tasks, such as:

  • Organising files
  • Archiving and scanning paperwork
  • Collecting and inputting data
  • Answering phone calls and welcoming visitors.

What skills do I need?

  • To be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Very good organisational skills and eye for detail.
  • To be punctual and reliable.
  • To be able to deal with information in line with our data protection and confidentiality procedures.
  • Very good telephone manners/skills.

You will be required to complete e-learning training that will take between 40-60 minutes apart from the First Aid course which is 2 hours.
