Older Person Awareness Morning – free goodies bags for the first 20 people! 
Basingstoke NeighbourCare are hosting an Older Person Awareness Morning in conjunction with BVA to celebrate Older Persons Day.
The Awareness morning is free to attend and will showcase information about support groups, activities and services available locally for both older people and those caring for them.
The Older Person Awareness Morning will be held at NeighbourCare’s new Central Basingstoke Community Café. The Café, gives older members of the local community the opportunity to meet others. Open every Tuesday in Church Cottage, just behind St Michaels Church in the centre of town, there will be a wide selection of cakes, toasted tea cakes, pastries and light snacks, as well as hot and cold drinks.
