On Tuesday 25th of June, we are having a day of events dedicated to the National Lottery Community Fund, with a focus on these two funds:

In the evening we will also be joined by Lisa Edwards from BDBC who will be talking about their Councillor Community grant

Afternoon: (Presentation plus 1-2-1 for those with a proposal to discuss)

The day starts with a presentation at 1pm which will introduce the National Lottery Community Fund and talk about what they can offer to the charitable sector with a focus on the two funds Awards For All and Reaching Communities.

She will be joined by Lisa Edwards from Basingstoke & Deane BC who will talk about their Councillor Community grant, which provides grants of between £250 and £3,000 to local not-for-profit groups. Each ward Councilor has an annual allocation of £2,000 they can use to support groups who are making a positive difference to residents in their ward. You can find out if and how your group could apply for funding through this scheme. This will be followed by a joint Q&A session.

We have 10 minute sessions available in hourly blocks starting from 02:00pm until 04:00pm. Pick the hour within which you would like to be seen and we will schedule the appointments and get back to you with details.

Click to book a slot within the hour   2:00 – 3:00,     3:00 – 4:00,    4:00 – 5:00.

If you take one of these sessions, you must give us some advance idea of your project by filling in a form providing some basic details. Supplying a filled-in form is a condition of having one of these pre-booked 1-2-1 session appointments. Click here to fill in the form.

These forms will be collected and shared with the Fund in advance of the sessions, allowing for pre-preparation and saving time during the sessions.

Evening: (For those looking to find out what the NL Fund offers plus BDBC)
