Free Marwell Tickets for Ukrainian Nationals Marwell Zoo Child

Terms and Conditions:

Tickets are available to customers who are Ukrainian nationals and who are living within Hampshire under the Home for Ukrainians scheme or the Ukraine Family Scheme Visa.

To confirm their eligibility customers must provide one of the following documents:

  • Confirmation letter giving permission for you and your family to travel to the UK under one of the above schemes
  • A copy of your visa
  • Biometric Residence Permit (BRP)

And, proof of address within Hampshire.

  1. Documents must be checked by staff of Winchester Visitor Information Centre during opening hours only (see below for opening times) and brought in either in person or images of them emailed to
  1. Tickets are subject to availability and the customer may wish to contact the Visitor Information Centre in advance on 01962 840 500 or email before making a journey into the city.
  2. These tickets are strictly for people who have fled Ukraine and live in Hampshire, rather than host families.  Host families can buy tickets in the usual way.
  3. Tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer, promotion or special offer. No cash alternative is offered.
  4. The ticket is for attraction entry only and does not include food, beverage or retail purchases or any special events that have an additional charge.
  5. In exceptional circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time.
  6. This offer does not affect consumer’s statutory rights.

Specific Information relating to Marwell Tickets:

  • One ticket must be issued to each individual over the age of 3 (under 3’s visit free)
  • Entry using these tickets does not need to be pre booked. Visitors can just arrive on the day of their choice.  Anyone accompanying them who is not eligible for the free tickets must book their tickets in the usual way via the website –
  • Tickets are valid until 31 December 2022
