About
This charity aims to relieve the needs of people who have autism, ADHD and/or other related conditions or those awaiting diagnosis and their families in Hampshire and surrounding counties through providing financial assistance and practical support. The charity aims to benefit young neurodivergent individuals living in North Hampshire and surrounding areas, as well as their families and carers. We offer practical and financial support, including partial funding
to enable access to specialist services such as assessments, psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, psychiatry, and legal support.
We run a weekly session on a Saturday in partnership with The Open Practice and Sophysical:
This session is designed to help participants build strength, improve fitness, and develop confidence in a supportive, low-pressure and
sensory-aware environment. The class is suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners, and follows a structured but flexible format with clear guidance and optional visual support. There is no expectation to socialise, and participants can engage at their own comfort level.
