NASS Basingstoke provides a much needed and valued service for local AS (Ankylosing Spondylitis) and Axial SpA (Axial Spondiloarthritis) sufferers. These are incurable, very painful and progressive forms of inflammatory arthritis suffered by 1 in 200 people, Mainly affecting the spine but can also affect other joints, tendons and ligaments. As the Basingstoke branch of NASS (the National Axial Spondiloarthritis Society) we provide AS sufferers with the space to meet and the opportunity to take part in much needed condition specific exercise physio led) which can help sufferers self manage the condition.
