HNC offers targeting services to adults and young people in the North East Hampshire area who are facing barriers to educations, training or employment. Currently these services include: Step Up - an employment support project for adults age 16+. Fresh Start - a catering project which provides hot meals for elderly residents at Sentinel Housing venues in Hart and Basingstoke & Deane.Get With - youth summer scheme in Hart for 11-16 year old's. Work with schools in Hart, Rushmoor and Basingstoke and Deane by referral: Alternative Education Programme and after-school motivational provision.
