We offer counselling sessions to children aged 5 years and upwards. Sessions are designed to support children who are experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, low self-esteem, family breakdown or loss.

Mindspace Foundation offers low cost and accessible counselling services for adults, young people and children in Hampshire and beyond.
A not-for-profit community counselling service, we provide affordable counselling sessions for all, regardless of their financial situation. Whether online or at the Mindspace counselling hub in Basingstoke, Mindspace Foundation counsellors provide professional, confidential and open-ended mental health support that people can trust.
There are two key strands to our work, these are:
Community mental health services – these include counselling support for adults, children and young people aged 5 years and upwards.
Training and development – including nationally accredited courses and e-learning for counsellors at all stages of their career.
