Information Services. Age Concern Hampshire Information Hub offers independent, impartial and confidential support. Our Information Hub is available to older people, their friends, family and carers. Supported by an incredible team of highly trained volunteers, the service has been highly praised for the dedication of the team and the quality of its information. Thanks to the support of those involved we remained open throughout the Coronavirus emergency providing support by phone and email with a wide range of enquiries.
About Age Concern Hampshire
Age Concern Hampshire are passionate about supporting people over 50 to live well independently for longer. We use our knowledge and experience to respond to the needs of local people throughout their ageing journey. Our organisation has been providing services to the older community of Hampshire since 1985. The charity currently deliver support at our Care & Wellbeing Centres throughout the county, as well as Help at Home, Information Hub services offering free information, Foot care clinics, Hospital to Home Services, Community Information Volunteers and a variety of other activities. Our family of staff and volunteers come from all walks of life to offer friendship, support and information to our service users.
