Welcomes new members of all ages and those learning to play tennis. Runs 7 league teams during summer and winter, in the Basingstoke and District tennis league. Social Tennis on a Tuesday afternoon between 1.30 and 3.30 pm all year round, weather permitting.
About Oakley Tennis Club
We are a local Tennis Club with membership open to all persons who wish to play tennis, support or otherwise encourage the game of tennis. We welcome new members of all ages and those learning to play.
The club is over 50 years old and is a thriving friendly village tennis club with over 100 members (2014) from the village and the Basingstoke area. There are 4 all weather tennis courts and a pavilion. Membership is open to all persons who wish to play, support or otherwise encourage the game of tennis. We have players of differing standards, we welcome new tennis players and those learning how to play or returning to the game after a break. We run 7 league teams during the summer and winter, in the Basingstoke and District tennis league. In addition we run 2 charity tournaments each year; these prove to be very popular not only with our club but also with neighbouring clubs.
