2. Promotes healthy lifestyles and good mental, physical and emotional well-being through our programmes (Food Bank, Cooking classes, Mental Health & Horticulture, Children’s Forest School classes).
3. Educates young people and adults about food, support them to grow, harvest, prepare and cook fresh and seasonal food.
4. Works at a grassroots level with young people and particularly those from socially disadvantaged communities.
5. Builds bridges between the generations through our programmes, creating intergenerational working and learning.
6. Increases well-being in older people and improve their quality of life
7. Develops partnerships with organisations and businesses to create services that improve the lives of local young people.
8. Creates inspiring urban community gardens from areas of wasteland to promote local food, wildlife diversity and beautiful green spaces that local people can visit.

About Inspero

Inspero is an educational, well-being organisation. Our aim is to empower, support and inspire young people and their families to lead healthy lifestyles by learning about food and the outdoors and the integral role they play in their lives.
