About Basingstoke and Alton Cardiac Rehabilitation Charity

Cardiac Rehab is a charity that provides specialised exercise programmes and education to improve the health, fitness and well-being of people with, or at risk of developing, heart disease. Basingstoke & Alton Cardiac Rehabilitation Charity ("Cardiac Rehab") helps residents of north, east and mid Hampshire (and the surrounding areas) to recover and then maintain their health and fitness after heart attacks and heart operations.

Since January 2009 we have also offered the Staywell Scheme, under which GPs can refer to us people at risk of developing heart disease, for courses of exercise and health education.

Cost Information

For our exercise programmes we currently charge £5 per session, but all participants must undergo assessment and also induction before they start with us which costs £25.
