About
Staywell is an exercise programme, in the Cardiac Rehab specialist gym, to increase fitness levels and improve heart health and wellbeing. Increasing the amount of physical activity you do can make enormous improvements to your health and wellbeing – and that includes your heart health. Heart and circulatory diseases cause more than 1 in 4 of all deaths in the UK. Being more physically active lowers the risk of developing these diseases. The Staywell Programme at Cardiac Rehab can help to reduce your weight, cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, BMI and waist measurement. Find out more on their website.
