We are a child bereavement charity and support children and young people in the county when they have been bereaved of someone important to them. We run monthly support groups for children and young people aged 0-18. These provide a safe, fun, engaging environment where they can normalise their grief by meeting others and realising they are not alone and using therapeutic craft activities to help them tell their story, as they understand it, express their thoughts, feelings and emotions and learn some positive coping mechanisms. We operate a telephone helpline which is available Monday-Friday on 02380 647550. We also support schools and professionals across the county.
