The Brit Trust looks to encourage young people in the exploration and pursuit of educational, cultural or therapeutic benefits emanating from music. All applications should be received by The Trust no later than August and should be for projects planned for the following year.
Individuals and organisations with an arts-related project in the UK can apply for funding of up to £5,000, helping to promote maintain and advance the education of the public. Quaterly application deadlines: 31st January, 30th April, 31st July and 31st October.
Universal Music UK Sound Foundation is an independent music education charity, established in 1997 to celebrate the centenary of EMI Records to improve young peoples’ access to music education in the UK & Ire. It gives Instrument and Equipment awards, and bursaries at specfic music colleges.
