We are are looking for someone to provide some extra support in our Fleet based office.
As part of our small, friendly team you'll be supporting us with the administration for the Hart District Thermal Imaging project during the winter months. Tasks will include:
Downloading Images from thermal imaging cameras.
Processing and preparing the images ready for distribution.
Checking and refreshing the camera kits.
Sending emails to householders.
Responding to emails.
Ideally you will be available for at least a couple of hours, 1 day per week - however the role could easily be shared across a small team of volunteers.
Volunteers must be confident and articulate with excellent communication skills via face-face, telephone and e-mail with people at all levels.
Good written and spoken English.
An organised and systematic approach to work.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Volunteers must be 16+
