BVA have Teamed up with Unity!

Unity provide a specialist, chargeable service for people who may need some help in organising & decluttering their home.

This service is designed to provide support to clients who have an area of their home they wish to sort through and reorganise or declutter. There can be many reasons why a client would require support to declutter such as mobility issues, disabilities, health problems or just simply feel overwhelmed with the task at hand. Unity support clients by way of counselling and understanding of their situation, as well as making physical improvements to the environment they are living in. As a guide, prices start from £20 per hr depending on the support needed.

The team here at Basingstoke Voluntary Action are working in partnership with Unity to triage referrals from the local area to Unity’s fantastic service. If you would like to request an organising and decluttering service, you can fill out our referral form here: BVA Referral Form.

Please note. Unity will need to discuss your referral directly with you and assess whether they are able to support.  This is not a free service.  This support is chargeable, privately funded by residents. Your funding requirements will be discussed with Unity directly. In some cases, funding can be sourced via support agencies e.g.  adult social services, children’s services, housing providers. Unity will help you look into this. This is very much need dependant and only if funds are available, no guarantee.
