Safe Haven is a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where people in
crisis aged 18+ can talk to trained mental health staff, receive support,
and access appropriate guidance or referrals. The service is designed to
prevent escalation, reduce unnecessary A&E visits, and offer a calming, non
clinical environment during moments of crisis.

Safe Haven can be accessed either in-person (no appointment necessary),
Virtually, or calling our helpline on 0300 303 5772. These services are
open through the hours 6pm-10pm 365 days a year.

We can be located at the Basingstoke Wellbeing Centre on 3 Vyne Road, just
behind the train station and in close proximity to the town centre.

North and Mid Hampshire Safe Haven Open 6pm - 10pm 7 days a week 365 days a year
