What does ‘BACK OFFICE SUPPORT SERVICES’ mean for you and your organisation?

Back-office support can be expensive so ‘Back Office Support Services’ (BOSS) has been launched as a joint initiative between the two organisations as a way of making access to essential business support services as painless and affordable as possible. By bringing together the specialist skills of Action Hampshire & Basingstoke Voluntary Action in supporting Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations and small businesses, we have already been able to help many groups with the following:
The most exciting aspect for me has been the collaboration with partners, we have recently partnered with Peas in a Pod Consulting to bring HR support and are developing new services all the time. This means if there is support needed that may not be available yet, we are always happy to look into it and hopefully with combined expertise, come to a helpful solution for you.
By being price competitive it enables organisations with limited recourses such as time, to focus on the services they offer and really love, while we organise the background tasks to keep it all running smoothly. BOSS is available to anyone in the country and aims to continue providing bespoke services at a fair price for charities and smaller businesses.
